Throughout the day, protesters in the southern town of Nag Hamadi pelted police with rocks and damaged cars and stores.
Early in the day, they smashed ambulances outside a hospital in frustration over delays in turning over the bodies for burial. A security official said police fired tear gas to disperse the crowd.

So, is there any reason, logical or otherwise, as to why these guys should get deferential treatment from the FOX guys? Could be. As Rush is wont to say, one should always follow the money. For our purposes, the money comes from a Saudi Arabian source and goes to both CAIR and to FOX.

Subsequent to the violence, reports surfaced that both perpetrators had formerly been in contact with al-Awlaki. According to al-Awlaki, prior to the Fort Hood attack, Hasan had e-mailed him to discuss the subject of murdering American troops. And according to Yemeni authorities, it is believed that Abdulmutallab was fitted with his bomb at a home being used by al-Awlaki.

In Shiraz, last week at least eight Christians arrested and released over a year ago were called in for questioning about their activities in the past year.

We are not here to hate anyone,” said Cindy Crenshaw, president of Oklahomans Against CAIR Hate. “We just want to point out that CAIR has been linked to terrorist organizations that have carried out terrorist acts.”

But never in my worst nightmares about the timidity and political correctness of the establishment press could I have imagined the way every so-called news organization in America would collectively run and hide – ignoring the book’s explosive and meticulous research and keeping critical national security information from the public.

There now exists a plot to overthrow America’s government, not with violent jihad, although that is always an option, but by taking over the political system, using the rights granted by the Constitution, and the protections granted religions. CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood seek to take over America, replacing our government with an Islamic Caliphate.

The senator elaborated that “if you’re looking at people getting on an airplane and you have X amount of resources to get into it, you get at the targets, and not my wife. And I just think it’s something that should be looked into.”

If CAIR is conceding that they have no interests that prevent the materials from being disclosed, what is their excuse for trying to suppress the book?” attorney Daniel Horowitz asked. “It’s about time the American public put an end to these legal abuses by CAIR.”

This is meant to convince suspects that resistance is futile and they should surrender peacefully, Stesjkal said. Officers are trained to analyze a suspect’s movements and be sure there’s a threat before firing. Sudden movements for a weapon – or the actual firing of a gun – are more than sufficient grounds to fire.

If you haven’t yet ordered your copy of Muslim Mafia, we urge you to do so. All of the senior staff here in the ACT! for America office has read it, and we can say without reservation that it’s a book you don’t want to miss. And when you read Muslim Mafia, you’ll understand why CAIR is fighting so hard to stop the release of any additional documents that were secured in the daring undercover operation in CAIR’s headquarters!

We’ve covered CAIR’s intentions to teach Muslims not to cooperate with law enforcement investigations numerous times, and the book “Muslim Mafia” also reported the same thing, from Chapter Six: “That’s pretty interesting, because I know the FBI can’t point to one time – not even one time – when this [Muslim] outreach program has produced any information that’s of investigative value,” says a senior FBI special agent, who works counterterrorism cases…

In America, their infiltration is well-known by the FBI. The government felt it necessary to release their list of unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation Hamas terror funding trial because there was an overriding public need to know who all was involved.

Among the documents, which are cited in “Muslim Mafia” by WND Books, is evidence CAIR works behind the scenes to mislead and deceive the FBI on behalf of terrorism suspects and has cultivated Muslim moles inside law enforcement who have tipped off FBI terror targets.

If you believe the hype, the United States has a valuable new ally in the War on Terror: American Muslim leaders. Alas, it’s called “hype” for a reason.

The lawsuit technique is called by some “legal jihad” or “Islamist lawfare.” The Thomas More Law Center, which is representing Internet journalist Joe Kaufman in the lawsuit, explained Muslim advocates are using the strategy to bully online journalists into silence.

A Pompano Beach, Fla., Christian leader who has alleged a huge Islamic mosque being built in the neighborhood of his 600-member church will be used to recruit people who hate America has scheduled a public protest of the project

Philip Baum, editor of Aviation Security International, said scanners will still not catch material carried internally, a common smuggling method for drug traffickers.

”Once again, we’re looking for a quick-fix piece of technology when we ought be using the best piece of technology there is – the human brain,” he said. “We ought to be profiling people.”

Although few outside the Islamic community are aware of the Holy Land Foundation, everyone, so to speak, knows of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). CAIR holds itself out as a civil rights group and has insinuated itself into programs sponsored by government agencies as a bona fide spokesman for America’s Islamic community. Knowledgeable observers have nevertheless long had their doubts about CAIR.

Despite CAIR’s omen of a surge in anti-Muslim “hate crimes,” thankfully there have been no reports of heinous attacks on Muslims anywhere in the U.S., including on military bases. In fact, the American Muslim Armed Forces and Veterans Affairs Council has not received a single report of even a Muslim soldier being harassed.

Emerson undertook effective investigations on his own before he started the IPT. Most notable was his 1994 documentary Jihad in America, which raised awareness of the threat of radical Islam in the United States. The film focused on a Palestinian, Abdullah Azzam, who founded the Arab Fighters Service Bureau in Afghanistan to recruit and train thousands of mostly Arab jihadists. Osama bin Laden, a protégé of Azzam’s, cofounded the bureau and later transformed it into Al-Qaeda.

“CAIR has engaged in a massive criminal fraud in which literally hundreds of CAIR clients have been victimized, and because of the CAIR cover-up, they still don’t realize it,” said David Yerushalmi, who is representing the five plaintiffs, three of whom are Muslims. “The fact that CAIR has victimized Muslims and non-Muslims alike demonstrates that CAIR is only looking out for CAIR and its ongoing effort to bilk donors out of millions of dollars of charitable donations thinking they are supporting a legitimate organization.”

Most of the damage done by CAIR comes through its constant denial that Islam is linked to terrorism or in inflating some of the most minor offenses as major civil rights violations.

Terrorism does not require large numbers of people to achieve its purpose, which is the creation of fear through calculated and often symbolic acts of violence or the threat of such acts. Terrorist groups have lasted decades and wreaked havoc without having more than a couple dozen members.

addressed this on my January 10th SHOW. Personally, I don’t have a problem with O’Reilly having Hooper on the show and while he debated him vigorously, he didn’t get to the heart of the issue by challenging Hooper on his group’s affiliations with the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas.

Clearly, Fox News has to be aware of these facts, and must have swallowed the liberal -progressive Kool-Aid of political correctness, something one would not have expected from what has up to now been a relatively savvy network.

“Following the terrorist attacks in New York and London, many Muslim leaders expressed concern that their religion was being misrepresented and misinterpreted,” added Shahid Malik, the communities minister. “The silent majority of Muslims have since fought hard to restate their religion as they see it and this report is an important contribution to that.”

You know, this is why I profess considerable surprise that some conservatives spectacularly fail to make a note of this, presumably because they’re afraid it could complicate their chances of making appearances on FOX.

Fox News host Bill O’Reilly last week invited the TV-savvy Hooper on his show to debate passenger profiling, the second guest appearance by the CAIR spokesman in a month. At the end of the segment, O’Reilly thanked Hooper and called him a “stand-up guy,” sending shockwaves through the conservative blogosphere.

Fox News is still inviting spokesmen from the Council on American-Islamic Relations on its programs where they pose as reasonable and legitimate representatives of a Muslim “civil rights” organization, despite the fact that CAIR has been definitively exposed by the FBI and the U.S. Justice Department as a “co-conspirator” in the largest terrorism-financing trial in American history, as a front for the international Muslim Brotherhood – the notorious parent organization of Hamas and al-Qaida – and for being closely associated with a large number of convicted terrorists or felons in terrorism probes, as well as suspected terrorists and active targets of terrorism investiga tions.

CAIR called the policy “religious and ethnic profiling” that “serves to alienate and stigmatize Muslims.” MPAC said it “deeply undermines the Obama administration’s stated commitment to civil rights [and] equality before the law.”

federal judge ruled against the Council on American-Islamic Relations today in its lawsuit against a father and son who carried out a six-month undercover investigation of the D.C.-based Muslim group, denying a request to conduct discovery – an examination of its opponent’s witnesses, facts and documents – prior to hearing a motion to dismiss the case.

These Islamist groups have simply recognized that their post-9/11 apologetic messaging is not resonating with the general public. To solve the problem, they co-opted the rhetoric of curbing radicalization. But absent real, honest reform against political Islam, their rhetoric is vacuous.

Ibn Misr, who monitors attacks on Coptic Christians through his Coptic news organization, told WND that the dead were shot by an attacker who zoomed up to a church just as worshippers were leaving the Christmas Mass, which according to the Egyptian calendar falls in January, not December.

The nation’s largest pro-troop organization, Move America Forward, fired back at one of the country’s most visible Muslim organizations, CAIR, this week. Taking issue with the Council of American-Islamic Relations officials who appeared on cable news network’s claiming that new airport security measures amounted to racial and religious profiling targeted Muslims.

Umar Lee is noteworthy because we are supposed to believe — according to Honest Ibe Hooper of CAIR, Slick Salam al-Marayati of MPAC, and other Muslim spokesmen in America — that no Muslims in the United States think this way. But Umar Lee proves that at least some do. It is ironic that he attached this bloodthirsty boast to a post railing about profiling. Hey, Umar, next time you’re ready to whine about Muslim passengers getting extra scrutiny in airports (as if they really do), read your own blog to find out why.

The pro-troop group Move America Forward issued a statement in response: “If CAIR is upset about airport security, they aren’t the only ones. Americans are upset that so many travelers now have to go through extreme security measures because of an extremely small yet identifiable minority,” said executive director Shawn Callahan.

PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas told al-Hayat on February 26, 2008, that al-Qaeda was present in Gaza and he charged that “the Hamas movement brought al-Qaeda.” He described the two groups as “allies.

Despite the above, in the West there is a growing trend to view Hamas as separate from al-Qaeda, because that allows opening a political dialogue with Hamas.

Explanation of how such things could occur in the very halls of the U.S. Congress hit the bookshelves with damning revelations about CAIR’s penetration of Capitol Hill in the 2009 Muslim Mafia by David Gaubatz and Paul Sperry. A meticulously-referenced expose based on CAIR’s own documents, the Muslim Mafia documents an extensive and well-funded CAIR campaign to plant operatives and run influence operations inside law enforcement and on the staffs of congressional offices.

Sue Myrick, the Republican congresswoman, last week announced the launch of an Internet-based video series that’s available on her Web site, as well as on her official YouTube channel. The first two videos in the series, which promises to “offer information and commentary on current events, as well as legislative updates from Washington,” focus on the failed Christmas Day attack on an airliner bound for Detroit, and the Nov. 5 shootings at Fort Hood, Tex., that killed 13.

Google is blocking “negative” searches related to Islam. Free thought, free will, free men? Only for left-o-fascists. Notice how quick Google is to scrub jihad websites, videos, and incitement to violence? Of course you haven’t, because they don’t. Google-owned you tube runs all the jihad porn, but if patriots get out of line, their vids are deleted and accounts suspended.

According to Rubinoff, Starkey told him that, until the federal government and the FBI stop working with CAIR, the group would be able to keep its sign. She said that she would only distance herself from CAIR and help to remove the sign, if she saw proof that the FBI had stopped working with CAIR.

Starkey was sent the proof she was asking for, which according to Rubinoff included numerous reports regarding the FBI’s severing of its ties to CAIR and information showing how leaders in the U.S. Congress have spoken out against CAIR.

Now air travelers are in for additional inconvenient but necessary screening, and the security establishment must figure out how to more quickly and thoroughly respond to information indicating that particular individuals might be dangerous.

Meanwhile, I received a predictable email today from the Council on American-Islamic Relations warning against “profiling.”

n a press release sent to US media organizations, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, said it welcomed the “special training about Islamic traditions” including the Hajj, or pilgrimage to Mecca, which entails thousands of Muslims traveling to Saudi Arabia.

The Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Services (MCPHS) issued a ban last fall prohibiting students from wearing veils other traditional Islamic attire. The school says that the ban was put in place as a security measure to protect students by making it easier to identify who should be on campus.

That move has the Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR) crying foul, with the Boston Herald reporting that the organization views the school’s move as a violation of religious freedom generally and an attack against two co-eds specifically.

The decision by Attorney General Eric Holder and his office to have a show trial for Khalid Sheik Mohammad in civilian court, just minutes from where the World Trade Center was destroyed by the very Islamic militants Mohammad assisted, is a travesty of the very “justice” to which the administration claims to want to adhere. Now, we have a lawyered-up BVD bomber who, like Mohammed, will be afforded the same rights that your local gang member would have after his arrest for knocking off the Food Mart on the corner. Is this how we fight a war, which both men are clearly a part of, based upon the known facts in the case?

The president has memorized the right phrases when it comes to talking tough on terror. But it has been clear from Day 1 that his heart is not in this fight. Does anyone imagine that Obama wakes each morning and thinks to himself, “How can I defeat bin Laden today?” Not a chance. Does anyone doubt that he wakes each morning and wonders how he can bring health care reform one step closer to passage?

CAIR is like Islam, a one-way street. Muslims can say whatever they want, but according to them we can only say what they approve of. Which is no criticism of Islam.

But anyway, who’s pointing at Yemenis in America? Our blog, like many others, has been quite outspoken about the Christmas Day attacker. We don’t have much patience, (or tolerance, if you insist,) on defenders of Islamist jihadism, nor rationalizations about its root causes and list of grievances. I am pretty disgusted at the security failures, and at CAIR’s craven efforts to twist yet one more Islamist attack on innocent Americans into an attack by Americans on innocent Muslims.

“Muslim deception can be viewed as a slightly less than noble means to the glorious end of Islamic hegemony under Shari’a, which is seen as good for both Muslims and non-Muslims. In this sense, lying in the service of altruism is permissible. In a recent example, Muslim cleric Mahmoud al-Masri publicly recounted a story where a Muslim lied and misled a Jew into converting to Islam, calling it a “beautiful trick,’” said Islamic scholar Raymond Ibrahim.

Most agree that there are moderate Muslims who are in fact “good Americans.” The issue however is the amount of effort that CAIR is putting towards highlighting Muslims as patriotic, when nowhere on their site is there any condemnation of the Flight 253 terror attack, or other terror attacks for that matter.

An intelligence official discussed the changes in the watch list on condition of anonymity because the official was not authorized to speak publicly. The official said that after the Dec. 25 incident, counterterrorism officials reviewed information in TIDE on people from countries where terrorists have operated.

I will go with safety. I really don’t think that we shouldn’t worry that much what other people think, it’s our safety, our citizens’ safety,” says Harmeet Anand from Fremont.

If you look at who most of the Jihad killers have been since 9/11, they have been well funded, pampered and even wealthy. They are religiously committed to killing infidels. They don’t believe they are getting away with wrong and criminal behavior but rather, they are doing the Holy will of Allah and will be greatly rewarded.

There’s just one problem with this example: McVeigh was not a Christian. McVeigh was a secular humanist who claimed “science is my religion.”

Military brass appear to be doubling down on the political correctness that blinded them to warning signs telegraphed by the Quran-waving Muslim officer accused of the worst mass killing on a domestic military base in U.S. history and the bloodiest terrorist attack on U.S. soil since 9/11.

One of the groups the Pentagon turns to for clerics to minister to its growing ranks of Muslim soldiers is the American Muslim Armed Forces and Veterans Affairs Council. The group was founded by presumed “moderate” Muslim leader Abdurahman Alamoudi, who described his endeavor as “an excellent opportunity to show my community we have people who are patriotic.”

This flag-waving patriot turned out to be one of al-Qaida’s top fundraisers in the U.S., and is now serving 23 years in federal prison.

An honored guest of the Ramadan dinner at the Pentagon this September was Hesham Islam, who infiltrated the highest echelons of the Ring despite proven ties to U.S. terror front groups and a shady past in his native Egypt.

The video includes segments of training exercises in which one person appears to practice a maneuver that would slit the throat of a victim. There are episodes of what appears to be automatic weapons fire at a target and incidents in which a handgun is held point-blank at a “victim’s” head.

WND editors join with readers to determine the year’s top 10
As a result, the Congressional Anti-Terrorism Caucus has called for multiple investigations of CAIR, the supposedly “moderate” Muslim civil rights organization now exposed as a key front for Islamic terrorism in the United States. Yet despite new revelations that CAIR is part of the Muslim Brotherhood – infamous parent organization of Hamas and al-Qaida – and despite the Justice Department and FBI branding CAIR an terror-funding “co-conspirator” in the largest such case in U.S. history, the establishment press largely ignores CAIR’s proven ties to terrorism and its major role in the movement to transform America into an Islamic nation under shariah law.

In fact, while CAIR continues to whine about the potential for anti-Muslim violence in the wake of this relentless war by Islamic jihadists, the violence remains very one-sided. In addition, its shrill warnings against profiling have helped to make it politically unpopular to consider the kind of common-sense profiling instituted by the Israeli airliner El Al to prevent skyjackings and bombings.

Daniel Horowitz, a frequent TV legal analyst who represented talk-radio host Michael Savage in his lawsuit against CAIR, told Malzberg why the FBI wants to see the smoking-gun evidence against the Muslim group gathered in the probe and why the mainstream media is virtually ignoring the case.

Why legitimize these un-indicted co-conspirators? And why not describe who and what they are? Why leave out all the terror ties?
Of course, (CAIR spokesman Ibrahim) Hooper exposed his fangs when El Al was mentioned. Calling it racist – this coming from a vicious Jew hater. Self defense is racist! Does O’Reilly ever have Robert Spencer or Andrew Bostom or Ibn Warraq or any scholar on Islam discussing these same issues? Ever?

“Our book, Muslim Mafia, reveals the strong ties the Saudi government has in influencing the shape of America in regards to instilling more violent aspects of Islamic Sharia law into our system,” said co-author Dave Gaubatz. “Our security actually comes down to money. The more money we allow Saudi Arabia to pump into our country, the more control and influence they have over every aspect of our lives.”

While the Council on American-Islamic Relations has contended its designation by federal prosecutors as an unindicted co-conspirator in a major terror-finance case is unjustified, the group has admitted in a legal brief it solicited donations in the wake of the 9/11 attacks for the Holy Land Foundation, the convicted American fundraising arm for the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas.

The media, from Fox News to CNN to ABC and the New York Times, are all pretending there is no threat to the First Amendment being made by the Council on American-Islamic Relations – the Muslim Brotherhood’s walking, talking public-relations factory based right here in Washington.

CAIR is trying to end-run freedom of the press in America by challenging the publication of a breathtaking expose of the group by WND Books and authors P. David Gaubatz and Paul Sperry.

“President Obama is in the best position to address the alarming level of anti-Islam hate in our nation and to urge religious and political leaders to speak out in support of tolerance and mutual understanding,” said CAIR National Executive Director Nihad Awad.

Steven Emerson, whose counter-terrorism expertise is relied on by many members of Congress, told WND that based on Horowitz’s work, “it certainly appears that CAIR changed its name due its being named as an unindicted co-conspirator” in the Holy Land Foundation terror-financing case in Texas.

“The Horowitz filing is brilliant in establishing that CAIR does not exist legally and therefore cannot sue,” said Emerson, director of the Investigative Project on Terrorism.

“This is a battle we absolutely can win,” said Farah, “especially since we have retained the very best First Amendment attorneys in the world – including the lawyer who defended Ronald Reagan – to defend our author and our book. But lawsuits are very expensive and we urgently need our readers to help us fight this radical Islamic group’s attack on us.”

“CAIR is not a valid entity and even if it were, the exposure of its inner workings is part of the price it pays for being a controversial group in a hotly contested arena,” Horowitz declares in his reply to CAIR’s lawsuit.

“‘Flying Imams’ ringleader Omar Shahin is familiar with such shenanigans,” reports “Muslim Mafia.” “Witnesses say he prayed loudly in Arabic before boarding his US Airways flight – which also originated from Phoenix. And once on board, he asked for a seatbelt extender even though he didn’t need one and never used the one provided him. (He and another imam left the extenders on the floor of the plane.) And he roamed the cabin and tried to switch seats with another imam.”

New subpoena in conflict with judge’s order on papers captured in undercover investigation. The FBI agents entered the capital law offices of Cozen O’Connor tonight and issued a warrant for thousands of pages of documents as well as audio and video recordings gathered by P. David Gaubatz and his son Chris in a daring and lengthy undercover penetration of CAIR in which the younger Gaubatz served as an unpaid intern for the group that was labeled an unindicted terrorist co-conspirator in last year’s Holy Land Foundation trial.

Garbus, who has appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court along with trial and appellate courts in more than 100 cases, told WND he’s defending co-author P. David Gaubatz because his case is a “continuation of a struggle being carried out throughout the world” to guard freedom of speech.

“I think a book has a right to be out there, and any attempt to stop the book, I think, would be violating the First Amendment,” he said.

The letter, also addressed to the House clerk, Senate secretary and Senate superintendent of records, points to evidence uncovered in “Muslim Mafia” that CAIR may be in violation of both the anti-excessive-lobbying provision of its 501(c)(3) nonprofit status and the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 by failing to register with Congress as a federal lobbying organization.

As CAIR’s own website states, the group’s Governmental Affairs Department “conducts and organizes lobbying efforts on issues related to Islam and Muslims.”

CAIR’s restraining order accompanied a lawsuit in which the Islamic group alleged Chris Gaubatz, who served as an unpaid volunteer for CAIR, obtained access to the group’s property under false pretenses and removed the internal documents and made recordings of officials and employees “without any consent or authorization and in violation of his contractual, fiduciary and other legal obligations to CAIR.”

There’s just one problem with this example: McVeigh was not a Christian. McVeigh was a secular humanist who claimed “science is my religion.”

A senior government official, not authorized to speak on the record, provided CNN with the list of 14 countries subject to the enhanced screening for travelers heading to the United States: Cuba, Sudan, Syria, Iran, Afghanistan, Algeria, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia and Yemen.

The new guidelines target 13 Muslim-majority nations and will “disproportionately target American Muslims who have family or spiritual ties to the Islamic world,” the Council on American-Islamic Relations said, adding that the tougher measures “amount to religious and ethnic profiling.”

When the Transportation Security Administration announced a new training program — some may call it an indoctrination program — that would be mandated for more than 45,000 security officers and supervisors at airports throughout the nation, clear thinking Americans did a double-take. This CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) endorsed training program was billed as “Muslim Sensitivity Training.”

Sperry and Gaubatz detail the actions of Qorvis Communications, a Washington, DC-based lobbying organization hired by Saudi Arabia as their “mouthpiece” in Washington, launching a PR offensive to save the Islamic Saudi Academy in Alexandria VA from being closed in light of its open hatred of Christians and Jews and serving as a “breeding ground for terrorists.”

IT’S BEEN MORE than eight years since Islamist terrorists succeeded in killing 3,000 people in the infamous Sept. 11 attack and America has yet to identify Islam as the ideological cause. I was 37 and a full-time student at JMU when the first images of the falling twin towers flooded our televisions.

I enrolled in an Introduction to Islam course the next semester. The course presented Islam as a religion of peace, justice and equality. Sometimes I asked questions in class motivated by suspicion that we were not getting the whole truth. I began to realize that the instructor was evading these kinds of questions.

A number of Arabic and Pashtu interpreters at the terror-war detention center at Guantanamo Bay are under active investigation for omitting valuable intelligence from their translations of detainee interrogations, among other security breaches. This could taint some of the evidence at the “9/11 trial” in New York and proceedings against other detainees.

Remarkably, the Pentagon never cleaned up the “mole infestation” at its highest-security facility after the FBI busted a Muslim spy ring at Gitmo in 2003.

The 2003 probe involved at least two Arabic interpreters with high-level security clearance. Senior Airman Ahmad al-Halabi, a Syrian native, and former Army linguist Ahmed Mehalba, an Egyptian native, were later convicted of stealing or mishandling classified documents.

If the big increase in complaints is an increase in mostly verbal offenses— up to a whopping 721 reported rude remarks and threats in 2008, nationwide — this suggests that CAIR is looking to do what the U.N. wants to do, and make any critique of Islam a crime.

“Investigators are mad as hell,” said Paul Sperry, “and they have a valid point in asking whether a dozen soldiers would be alive today if they’d been allowed to put the screw to Awlaki when they had the chance.”

“Now, thanks to the new blockbuster book Muslim Mafia it’s clear that not only were these actions against CAIR justified, but that more investigation of CAIR is desperately needed,” Brigitte Gabriel, founder of the nonprofit organization ACT! for America, and one of the leading terrorism experts in the world.

Former Air Force Special Investigations Investigator Paul David Gaubatz, with the aid of an undercover man, found what he claims is proof that there is a Muslim plan to Islamize America and take over. He co wrote a book titled Muslim Mafia – and now he is being sued by the Council on American Islamic Relations, CAIR, who claims Gaubatz stole the documents. The case should be interesting if actually heard in public.

Federal investigators chasing e-mail and other communication links between Fort Hood shooting suspect Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan and radical Islamist cleric Anwar al-Awlaki should consult a new book that cites documents on the al Qaeda imam. “Muslim Mafia,” by investigative reporter Paul Sperry, reports on copies of once-secret U.S. immigration records revealing that U.S.-born Awlaki was detained by authorities at John F. Kennedy International Airport on Oct. 10, 2002, as a terrorist suspect as he tried to re-enter the United States from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Specifically, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan was wearing a white shalwar camise, a traditional dress worn by both women and men in South Asia. It is particularly popular in Pakistan and Afghanistan and is also the traditional garb of al-Qaida and Muslim Brotherhood acolytes.

“It’s a very eye-opening book that I think the American people should read so that they have a better understanding of just how pervasive the influence of this radical organization is within our government. I find it very telling that CAIR has only attacked the authors of the book and has not disputed any of the claims made in the book or the validity of any of the documents,” Rep.Sue Myrick

“Normal relations” remain out of reach for the Council on American-Islamic Relations and the FBI, officials on both sides say, despite early optimism by the nation’s largest Islamic advocacy group that a new administration in the White House would change their strained relationship.

There could scarcely be a more graphic example of that disconnect – and its ominous implications – than the contortions the U.S. government is going through in the wake of the murder of 13 people and the wounding of dozens more at Fort Hood last week. For example, the FBI declared immediately after the attack that it was not an act of terrorism. Other officials are promoting the idea that it is simply a case of an individual afflicted by stress or deranged by the prospect of an upcoming deployment to a war zone. President Obama insists we should reserve judgment, evidently because the facts are open to varying interpretations.

A Council on American-Islamic Relations adviser and regular speaker at its events has suggested Islamic law permits Muslims to attack C-130 military transport planes carrying the 82nd Airborne out of Fort Bragg, N.C., according to a stunning new book exposing Washington-based CAIR’s inner workings.

When an American-born radical Islamist cleric chose to praise last week’s Fort Hood shooting spree by Army psychiatrist Nidal Malik Hasan, part of the rationale was that no Muslim could faithfully serve the U.S. armed forces.

Americans believe people are innocent until proven guilty. But Ibrahim Hooper and his fellow thugs at the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) need to be able to claim that hate crimes are being committed so that they can claim victim status for Muslims and deflect attention away from such small matters as the jihad at Fort Hood. And, naturally, the clueless and/or complicit mainstream media in their hip pocket.

And to those who are convinced that Hasan snapped because of some mistreatment he received by his colleagues: Who cares? Certainly not those true Americans who suffered through real racism and barriers.

Gaubatz’s statement — “Now is the time for a professional and legal backlash against the Muslim community and their leaders” — was scrubbed from the Web site of Family Security Matters after it was reported by TPMmuckraker. The phrase Muslim community was altered to read “Muslim Brotherhood.”

What is notable is that CAIR has made no attempt thus far, either legally or otherwise, to dispute the book’s revelations or allege defamation by the authors.

The FBI said it turned over the information to the Army, but Defense Department officials today denied that. One military investigator on a joint terror task force with the FBI was shown the e-mails, but they were never forwarded in a formal way to more senior officials at the Pentagon, and the Army did not learn of the contacts until after the shootings.

The Internet publication ban lasts until Nov. 18, by which time the judge will have held another hearing. Even if it’s temporary, though, the restraining order issued last Tuesday is one of the rare occasions when a judge has ordered an author to erase published material.

Now, in a rarely taken step, a federal judge has ordered lead author and self-described anti-terrorism investigator Paul David Gaubatz to remove from his Web site certain documents allegedly stolen by his son. A judge also ordered Gaubatz to return documents used in his book, “Muslim Mafia.”
