CAIR’s support for terrorists is alarming!
Jan 20

The Muslim Brotherhood was founded by Hasan al-Banna shortly after the Islamic Ottoman Empire was defeated in 1924. It’s goal is to reestablish a caliph, who a Islamic religious leader that rules over all others under his control with Sharia Law. This was the power structure or Islamic hegemony created since Islam’s inception. A study of the many caliphs that ruled over most Muslims from 632 until 1924 would be to your advantage..

Islamic supremacy is the foundation of Sharia Law.

In America, their infiltration is well-known by the FBI. The government felt it necessary to release their list of unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation Hamas terror funding trial because there was an overriding public need to know who all was involved.

CAIR was spun-off by employees of the Islamic Association of Palestine which was started by Hamas leader, Mousa Marzook (now, a designated global terrorist) and Sami al-Arian (who later became a convicted terror supporter). While in America, Marzook traveled throughout the United States to meet with other American-based Hamas members, including those in Oklahoma. Khalid Mish’al, a/k/a “Khalid Abdulqader was also a top Hamas leader. His half-brother Mufid Abdulqader worked for the state of Oklahoma before moving to Dallas in 1996 or so and is now serving 23 years in prison for his role in the Holy Land case.

IAP, the Holy Land Foundation and other Islamic groups in America were found guilty in the death of 17-year-old David Boim by Hamas in the West Bank. IAP was eventually shut down by the federal government in 2005 .

Marzook wrote a check out to CAIR for $5,000 in October 1994 to help them get started (a copy of the canceled check was made available to the public by federal prosecutors). Marzook now leds Hamas in Palestine from exile in Syria. Hamas seeks the destruction of Israel, which is written in their 1988 Covenant. It is an Islamic supremacy document: “…Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it” (The Martyr, Imam Hassan al-Banna, of blessed memory)…”.

Hamas was started by the Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine. They maintained members and affiliated organizations situated throughout the United States, as stated on page 2 of U.S. vs. Marzook, linked above. It has been given the designation of a foreign terrorist organization.

In a court brief in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA vs. SABRl BENKAHLA on page 58 (footnote 13) CAIR and the Muslim American Society were described as arms or founded by leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood. It goes to say CAIR conspired with other affiliates of the Muslim Brotherhood to support terrorists. Of course, this doesn’t mean that every single employee of CAIR is a Muslim Brotherhood member but one has to wonder about their religious ideology.

When you look over CAIR’s efforts to help some terrorists and undermine our security efforts, it paints a strong picture consistent with Islamists, that is political Islam, which is an integral part of the Muslim Brotherhood Islamic supremacist ideology.

Early last year, CAIR called upon Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to pressure the UAE for the release of Los Angeles Muslim Naji Hamdan who was held there on terror suspicion. Last fall, Hamden was convicted. While the UAE is mum on details, he faced three terrorism-related charges, including ties to an al-Qaida group in Iraq. CAIR chose to help him.

While Clinton didn’t help them with Hamdan or wasn’t successful, she personally signed an order yesterday to release the hold or ban on al Banna’s grandson, Tariq Ramadan’s visa, which allows him to reapply. Ramadan is strongly anti-American and has never denounced the movement his grandfather started. CAIR issued a statement of approval.

CAIR also stands solidly with convicted terror supporter Sami Al-Arian and has even complained he is a political prisoner of the U.S. government! Al-Arian is now confined to house arrest awaiting trial on other charges. He was convicted for aiding the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, a specially designated terrorist organization.

Today, CAIR asked for U.S. involvement with the five American Muslims men suspected of terror goals who are being held in Pakistan because these men claimed they were being tortured in jail.

And, in the case of Ahmadullah Niazi, indicted on immigration charges, whose brother-in-law served as Osama bin Laden’s security coordinator, there were similar articles by three reporters where Islamic leaders painted the FBI as the bad guys, including CAIR.

This is, by no means, the totality of CAIR’s effort to aid terrorists arrested in America or elsewhere, but is just a sample of their consistent pattern of disturbing actions.

CAIR is an outgrowth of the Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas infrastructure in America and has opposed the U.S. government prosecution of enough terrorists to raise major red flags here. Their constant opposition to national security enhancements like their op-ed Airport Profiling Hands a Victory to Terrorists and CAIR Oklahoma’s anti-airport profiling townhall last week, also screams at us.

Last April, CAIR demanded the FBI stay out of their mosques. This month, at their bidding, I presume, Democrat John Conyers the chair of the House Judiciary Committee, sent a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder asking him to investigate if the FBI violated First Amendment freedoms by using undercover agents in mosques and other houses of worship.

It ’s another sterling example how Islamist partner with “the Left”.

Several of CAIR’S own employees, like Ghassan Elashi, Randall Royer, Bassam Khafagi, Nabil Sadoun, Mohammad El-Mezain, and Rabih Haddad have been convicted on terrorist charges or are tied to terrorist organizations. And we can’t forget that Jamal Badawi, member of the board of CAIR Canada was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation Terror funding trial and ID’d by the FBI as a member of the Muslim Brotherhood.
